BBQ Fresh Garlic and mint lamb steaks
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 Outback Excel 200 Gas Barbecue
4 lamb steaks
40g fresh mint
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method:
- Finely chop the garlic
- Add the garlic, oil, and vinegar to a glass bowl
- Chop the fresh mint and add to the mix
- Season the mix with a little salt and pepper to taste
- Add a little hot water to the mix to help infuse the flavours of the mint
- Add the lamb steaks to the bowl and ensure that the meat is covered with the marinade
- Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour or more
- Preheat your Outback Excel 200 Gas Barbecue
- Lay the meat on the heat and cook for about 3 minutes on each side turning once
- Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
