BBQ Chicken Kebabs
Ingredients: 1 CampinGaz Adelaïde® 4 Classic L Deluxe 2 large chicken breasts 3 tbsp yogurt 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp curry powder 1 tbsp French mustard 1 Onion 4 tomatoes 4 skewers
- Cut each chicken breast into rough squares.
- Mix the yogurt, salt, turmeric, mustard, curry powder and lemon juice
- Add the chicken and mix well
- Cover and place in a refrigerator overnight.
- Cut the onion into thick chunks
- Slice the tomatoes into quarters
- Thread the ingredients onto skewers, alternating between ingredients
- Grill slowly on your CampinGaz Adelaïde® 4 Classic L Deluxe, for about 15 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning occasionally and brushing with more of the marinade.
- Serve immediately.
