BBQ Honeyed Lemon Chicken

Serves 4

Ingredients: 1 Outback Hunter 3 Burner Hooded Gas Barbecue 4 chicken legs 50 ml of lemon juice 1 clove of garlic 5 tbsp of honey 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Remove the bones from the chicken legs
  2. Finely chop the garlic clove
  3. Place the garlic and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together
  4. Add the chicken and marinade for as long as possible
  5. Place the chicken skin side down on your Outback Hunter 3 Burner Hooded Gas Barbecue
  6. Grill for about 10 minutes on the skin side
  7. Turn over and cook for a further 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked
  8. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving
