BBQ salmon fillets

Serves 2

Ingredients: 1 Outback Onyx 4 Burner Hooded Gas Barbecue with side burner 2 whole salmon fillets 125ml apple cider vinegar 250g brown sugar 150ml honey

Method:

  1. Combine the vinegar, brown sugar and honey in a bowl and stir.
  2. Baste both sides of the salmon with the marinade mix
  3. Place on your Outback Onyx 4 Burner Hooded Gas Barbecue with side burner and cook for about 15 minutes, turning once.
  4. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving
