BBQ Thai Mackrel Parcel

Serves 4

Ingredients: 1 CampinGaz Adelaïde® 4 Classic L Deluxe 1 large mackrel gutted & cleaned 200ml lime juice 50g fresh ginger 2 fresh red chilli peppers 50g lemongrass 2 spring onions Salt and Pepper


  1. Finely chop the fresh ginger
  2. Remove the hard outer layer of the lemongrass and then chop the rest
  3. Deseed and finely chop the chillis
  4. Chop the spring onions
  5. Place the mackrel on a large sheet of kitchen foil
  6. Slice the fish 4 times on each side.
  7. Pour over the lime juice and rub it into the fish
  8. Then rub in the chopped chillis, lemongrass, spring onions and ginger
  9. Wrap the fish in the kitchen foil and place in a fridge overnight
  10. Heat up your CampinGaz Adelaïde® 4 Classic L Deluxe and place the fish in the foil on the heat
  11. Cook the fish for about 40 minutes, turning occasionally
  12. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for about 3 minutes
  13. Unwrap the fish and serve
