BBQ Butternut Squash

BBQ Butternut Squash

Serves 4

Ingredients: 1 Outback Omega Charcoal 100 Midnight Blue Barbecue 2 Butternut Squash 3 tsp olive oil 1 garlic clove 0.5 tsp dried chilli flakes 0.5 tsp dried rosemary Salt

Method:

  1. Finely chop or grate the garlic
  2. Slice open the squashes and remove the seeds
  3. Slice the squashes into quarters
  4. Mix together the garlic, chilli, rosemary and olive oil with a little salt
  5. Brush the squash quarters with the mixture
  6. Preheat your Outback Omega Charcoal 100 Midnight Blue Barbecue to a high heat
  7. Grill the squash on a grill rack for 5 minutes
  8. Remove from the heat and serve while still hot.
