BBQ Chicken Tikka Strips

Serves 4

Ingredients: 1 CampinGaz Texas Deluxe Extra 4 chicken breast fillets 4 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp yogurt 4 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp coriander 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cayenne pepper 0.5 tsp ground ginger 0.5 tsp salt


  1. Finely chop the garlic and coriander
  2. Slice the chicken fillets into thick strips
  3. Add the salt and lemon juice to a large bowl and add the chicken slices
  4. Cover the bowl and leave to rest for 30 minutes
  5. Meanwhile, combine the yogurt, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper and ginger in a large bowl and mix well
  6. Add the chicken to the bowl and ensure that the chicken is well coated with the mix.
  7. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours
  8. Preheat your CampinGaz Texas Deluxe Extra
  9. Brush the grill with a little oil and place the chicken onto the heat.
  10. Cook the chicken for about 8 minutes, turning frequently
  11. Check that the chicken is cooked through and serve
