BBQ Fresh Garlic and mint lamb steaks

Serves 4

Ingredients: 1 Outback Excel 200 Gas Barbecue 4 lamb steaks 40g fresh mint 2 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Finely chop the garlic
  2. Add the garlic, oil, and vinegar to a glass bowl
  3. Chop the fresh mint and add to the mix
  4. Season the mix with a little salt and pepper to taste
  5. Add a little hot water to the mix to help infuse the flavours of the mint
  6. Add the lamb steaks to the bowl and ensure that the meat is covered with the marinade
  7. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour or more
  8. Preheat your Outback Excel 200 Gas Barbecue
  9. Lay the meat on the heat and cook for about 3 minutes on each side turning once
  10. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
