BBQ Spicy Potato Wedges

Serves 4

Ingredients: 1 Outback Omega 200 Gas Barbecue 4 medium potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp lemon juice 0.5 tsp cumin 1 tsp paprika Salt and Pepper


  1. Wash the potatoes and then cut lengthways into wedges
  2. Mix the oil and lemon juice in a re-sealable plastic bag
  3. Place the potato slices in the bag and then shake the bag to mix the contents
  4. In a bowl mix together the cumin and paprika with a little salt and pepper to create a seasoning mix
  5. Preheat your Outback Omega 200 Gas Barbecue
  6. Remove the potatoes from the bag and place on the grill
  7. Grill the wedges for about 13 minutes or until cooked and tender, turning twice during cooking
  8. Remove the potatoes from the grill and then sprinkle with the seasoning before serving.
