BBQ Grilled Red Snapper

Serves 4

Ingredients: 1 CampinGaz Texas™ Deluxe Extra 0.5kg filleted red snapper 6 tbsp lime juice 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper


  1. Rub the oil into the skin of the red snapper and season with a little salt and pepper
  2. Preheat your CampinGaz Texas™ Deluxe Extra
  3. Place the fish on the heat and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, turning once
  4. Remove from the heat and place on a serving platter
  5. Drizzle the fish with lime juice and serve
