- When can I expect my goods?
Orders that are placed before 3.30pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched that same say, however orders that are placed on a Friday after 3.30pm will not be dispatched until the following working day.
Tuffnells Express will then deliver your item between the hours 08.00 - 18.30
You have the option to select a preferred weekday for your delivery or Saturday delivery. If you would like Saturday delivery, then your order will need to be placed before 3pm on a Friday at the latest. There is an extra charge for Saturday delivery.
Please note - Delivery times to some areas of Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Republic of Ireland and areas outside of the UK mainland can vary and items can take up to 3-4 working days to reach their destination after dispatch.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver in the times stated above, we will either notify you though e-mail or telephone.

- How much is UK delivery?
*** DELIVERIES TO THE UK MAINLAND ARE FREE FOR ORDERS OVER £35 (INC VAT) ***
During this offer, all deliveries to the UK mainland are completely free for any order over £35 inc VAT. Unfortunately there are some postcodes that free shipping does not apply to. Please check before placing your order - IM, AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, BT
For orders under £35 there is a flat rate of £4.95

- Delivery Methods
Courier company: TUFFNELLS EXPRESS
All courier deliveries are 'kerb side' only which means they will not be able to take items into your delivery address. The receiver must arrange for larger items to be taken from the driver - heavy items will need 2 persons. A tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail when the item has been dispatched.

- How do I know when my order has been despatched?
When your goods have been dispatched you will receive a confirmation via email to the email address provided - it is important to provide us with an email address as this can be the quickest and most efficient way of us contacting you.

- Can I track my order?
Yes you can.
Once you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched, you can then track that order from 6pm that sameday on the couriers website. Simply follow the link within the message to check on the status of your delivery and have your tracking number to hand.

- My order is due to be delivered today, what time will it arrive?
Unfortunately we are unable to give specific delivery times. All orders are sent out on a next day delivery service from the time of dispatch. All orders can be tracked online (with the exclusion of Royal Mail 1st Class small packages).
You should expect to receive your order between 8am - 6.30pm.

- Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Small orders sent via Royal Mail will not require a signature.
All other orders will require a signature for proof of delivery unless we have been instructed otherwise - for example 'please leave in porch', etc.
Please note: No responsibility will be taken by The BBQ Store or the contracted courier companies for items left on customers premises when asked or documented within the customers order.

- What are the Delivery Charges outside the UK Mainland?
We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK mainland.
